What's Involved
The successful candidate will be asked to complete the House Volunteer Training.  Peer Support training would be an advantage to the volunteer but not a requisite.
The successful candidate will support the office with all administrative work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Office,
2. Making phone calls,
3. Counting money
4. Data entry
5. Sending emails
6. Any other duties as directed by the Manager
7. Filing

The volunteer can avail of the tea/coffee making facilities and kitchen and toilet facilities, parking is also available in Áras Folláin.

6. Being able to work on your own initiative
7. Reliable and punctual for any meetings

Times and commitment required for this role:
One of the following -
Monday 11am - 1pm
Wednesday 11am - 1pm
Friday 11am - 1pm

Hours required: 2 hours per week on a day the office is open

Expenses:
Volunteers give their time and skills free of charge to Áras Folláin. When acting as a designated volunteer in the house, the cost incurred of getting to Áras Folláin should not discourage involvement. Travel expenses to Áras Folláin will be reimbursed at a rate of 0.20c per km up to a maximum reimbursement of €10 for a return journey per day.
