Restorative Practice

Restorative practice can be defined as an approach to restoring good relationships when there has been conflict or harm that attempt to incorporate either offender awareness of the harm they have caused, or offender efforts to pay back the community for that harm, without necessarily engaging in restorative justice. The goal is to build healthy communities, decrease crime and antisocial behaviour,  prepare harm and restore relationships.
